SSH Utilities for PCs

• SSH executable (putty.exe)
  Put in a directory on your PATH and make a shortcut to your desktop. A window will pop up when you click on the icon. Be sure to punch 'ssh' because the default is 'telnet'.



• SSH executable (pscp.exe)
  Put in a directory on your PATH and make a shortcut to your desktop. This runs from a dos window. For example, to send a file called myfile to the home directory of user pumpkin on bnlku2, invoke:
  pscp.exe myfile pumpkin@bnlku2.phy.bnl.gov:"~pumpkin/."
